Minimum Spend
£500
This is due 5 days prior to your event and is fully credited against your final invoice. Please note that the £500 minimum spend covers alcohol & drinks only and is charged in addition to the Base Hire Fee.
Pre-Loaded Pour
Give each guest a pre‑loaded wine card to use across the full wine selection. You decide the credit; they enjoy the experience. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and hosts who want generosity with guardrails.

You set the credit for each guest’s card, and we add the total to your final invoice. After the event, any unused balance is refunded back to you as long as the total drinks spend reaches the £500 minimum.
Guests Pay-As-You-Go
When the credit you’ve gifted is used up, guests can still explore the wines by paying directly with their contactless card or phone at the dispensers. Once the pre‑loaded credit is spent, there’s no further cost to you.

Pay-As-You-Go Pour
With Pay‑As‑You‑Go, your guests simply tap their contactless card or phone at the wine dispensers to purchase their own pours. They explore the full selection of 16 curated wines at their own pace, choosing their preferred measure and paying only for what they drink. It’s a relaxed, low‑commitment option that keeps things simple for the host.

The £500 minimum spend (on alcohol & drinks) is due 5 days before your event. After the event, we refund whatever your guests spend through PAYG. If they reach or exceed £500, you receive the full amount back. If they spend a little less, we simply retain the shortfall.
For example, if guests spend £450, you’d receive £450 back and £50 would go toward the minimum spend.
Dry Hire Pour
Dry Hire is our trade‑only option, designed specifically for vineyards, wineries and wine professionals who want to use the POUR YOU system with their own wines. We supply the wine dispensers, the bar setup our team to run the service and travel within 50 miles* — you supply the wine. This model is not available for weddings or private events, as it’s tailored exclusively for industry use where the client provides the product.

It’s a simple, heartfelt way to say thank you — and a lovely touch that makes your closest people feel celebrated throughout the day.
